recap: MISS CASEY CARTER AWARDS SHOW (01.15.12)
On Sunday, I was invited to attend the Miss Casey Carter Awards Show at The Crocodile. As I was getting ready for the show, it started to snow HEAVY and I was a little worried about if I could attend or not. But I didn’t let the snow stop me from missing the event! Comedian, NATE JACKSON started off the night with nothing but good vibes and good energy.. he got the crowd ROLLIN’ and got me in tears. It was definitely something new for a Sunday night and a great experience for me! I met cool new people and I’m glad I got to witness greatness and see local artists from the Northwest. Special thank you to Casey for inviting me and planning such an amazing event! Shit is inspiring… MCC was fun, well organized, and entertaining! The town appreciates you for always holdin’ it down, Ms. Carter! I can’t wait for next year’s awards show! =)
